ok
I'm about 5'8 @ 149 pounds not skinny but decent build,
in the beginning of last september of 2004 when i was 19 i started lifting hard,
i did chest and tri's, back and bi's, and shoulders, traps, and legs once a week. I was all natural just taking lots of whey protein, and glutamine. I started off doing about 50lb-65lb dumbells, 6-8x and benching around 185lbs

after reading up a lot on gear, In the end of novemeber i tried a cycle of deca, about 8 shots, once a week. I got a lot bigger i was up to i believe 165lb, but didn't get to much stronger, maybe benching around 205lb i was happy with the size, but a little confused on how come i didn't get that much stronger, i just got rite off the cycle with out taking any suplements... to regain my testosterone....
after that i started taking creatine monohydrate 8 weeks on and 4 weeks off, in around january i went down to about 158lb and continued to go down in wieght gradually. sticking with the creatine i started to feel a lot stronger, around april i was benching around 230lb and doing 85lb dumbells like 6x and wieghted about 155lb this is when i felt the strongest, after that i kept doing the same thing but when i got off the creatine for about 4 weeks i lost a lot of my size and wieght was at 150lb, and never really gained it back... i got back on it and for some reason got a lot weaker,

in the beginning of june i was barely doing 70-65lb dumbells and weighted only 149lb, and my left shoulder started bothering me so i stopped for the summer + plus i was working 12 hour days on my feet. I don't understand how i got so much weaker if i was lifting for about 10 months straight where i only missed about 3 weeks total

now I just started going back to the gym last week and i am now taking TRAK and monohydrate, and for some reason i feel weaker then i have ever been i am barely doing 55lb-60lb dumbells 6-8x i feel depressed about how week i am. the first week i took an easy and was just trying to break myself back in, just doing high reps until i was tired, and i was painfully soar the next few days.... soarer then I've ever been in my life????. does this have anything to do with out taking 6 oxo after the deca, i am only 20 years old

whats wrong with me? how come i am so weak now?

well I don't know much about AS but you def. should have taken the oxo to start your nat. test production again. Also creatine causes you to hold some water weigth but prob. not more the 5lbs or so. Losing weight has to do w/ calories in v.s. calories out. All the steriods in the world won't help you much if you're not eating enough to actually build muscle. This could also be why you are weak and have little energy. You may have also overtrained and your body is shutting down on you. Too many things that could be wrong but those or my opinions.

shoulda taken anti e after cycle....
after a layoff it will a little bit of time to get back into it
whats your diet?

Deca stays traceable in your system for about 18 months, so there may be some effects lingering too. Post this up on the anabolic board and some other bad boys will inform you of your mistakes and predicament...

I think I eat pretty good,
i usually have 3 eggs in the morning with a protein shake 30grams

lunch is usually chicken or something high in protein, then i lift, after lifting i take another 30g protein shake, then eat at snack and usually a protein shake an hour before i go to sleep!

The mind boggles when someone with so much growth potential at age 19 and 149lbs has resorted to gear because they can't get the basics right.

It sounds like you're starving yourself. Don't you eat any carbs? List everything you eat in a day, including quantities of each.

As touched upon above chances are you just aren't getting enough calories in during the day. Calories are what are needed to grow and get stronger and if calories in < calories being burnt then you will not grow! For a week or so try taking a log of everything you eat each day and work out exactly how many calories you are taking in....chances are you'll be suprised by how much less you are eating than you think you are - I know I was!

morning, bacin egg and cheese sandwhich, protein shake, lunch chicken sandwhich, or macaroni and meatballs, and maybe another one of these kid of meals 3 hours later, then dinner, usually steak, hamburger, chicken with some kind of bread, pasta, rolls, something..... and a protein shake...

As already stated, gaining weight has to do with more calories in, than you burn off in a day. It looks like you're basically eating 3, maybe 4 times a day. Try 5 to 6 meals. Nix the kids meals, that stuff is crap. Lean hamburger or ground sirloin, chicken, tuna, good clean carbs, as well. If time is a problem, then eat your 3 good meals (good, clean food) and then do the protein shakes for meals 2 and 4. At 149 lbs, you could easily be eating 3000+ cals a day, especially at your age.
Forget using any gear. Concentrate on lifting heavy and eating correctly (and enough!)......you'll put on size.
At 6', I've been as light as 180 and as heavy as 260. All due to diet. It's really that easily in your control.

whats wrong with me im so week?nothing at all .you just need to apply a change to your diet and training.firstly you dont need to feel as if you need creatine to bypass a 230 bench you can easily bypass that without any supplements by focusing firstly on the quality and quantity of your protein intake.tins of tuna and chicken are reliable sources try them.when ever i reached a serious sticking point in strength in say the bench etc and knowing that im training right i found that i could generally solve it by upping my protein quality or intake with real food not supplements , it really is that important if you do this naturally and i now bench just over 360 coming from a lower starting point than you.now if you increase your strength with a progresive increase in resistance you will grow, however your genetics will determine by how much.your right in thinking that strength is important in achieving your goals and the quickest way to achieve that is to keep the sets and reps low.maybe three sets per exercise and aprox 6 reps per set, experiment a little . although on reps i often on the bench lift singles and double reps as close to my pb as possible as i find that this is the most efficient way to increase explosive strength in the least amount of time and then i mix that up with maybe several reps for a few sets a little latter.always apply good form and never atempt a pb without a spotter the key here is if you eat right and tweak your training thus making it more productive and stay with it the rewards will follow.depressed , well turn that around by attacking your workouts in a very positive manner and you will grow into a a lobster .good luck.

as a postscript if you really want to add muscular bodyweight quickly then the ultimate exercise for me has to be the bent over row.think about it all the potential of the entire back from traps to rear delts to lats even the rear of the leg with this exercise are stimulated and the bodyweight potential increase is very good.after a few years of steady gains i decided to focus on this particular exercise and without any other changes gained an easily remembered 3lbs in the first month 2lbs in the second and 1lb in the third month at a time when gains were proving hard to come by. the size and shape of my back even hamstrings blew up considerably.but you have to hit them hard and with focus adding more weight weekly thus shocking them into growth .warm up observe good form take on your top weight for a couple of sets then do a strip set descending weight set to absolute failure.all sets to muscular failure.how hard?untill you find it hard to catch your breath and the sweat is blinding your vision.how many sets ?approx three sets.another trick that will take you over your best is to use wrist straps for bent over rows connected onto the bar.then you can just focus your effort on moving the weight and not the grip.this one exercise given real focus will deliver the goods fast .good luck.

Not trying to be a dick, but it looks like your most glaring problem is your stupidity. Yo researched deca, but u failed to research the the great importance of POST CYCLE THERAPY? wat r u kidding me? It has nothing to do with the creatine water weight or the 50 lb. dumbells or anyithng like that. You used deca and then did not allow your body the ability to recovery, therfore you lost your gains- simple as that really. You're only 20, u weighed 149 pounds before your cycle, and benched 1`85... do you have any idea how incredibly moronic that sounds? Bottom line her is this- you simply didnt want to put in the time, work, and effort required to succeed.... u looked for an ez way out, and u pretty much got wat u deserved. I kno i'm flaming right now but its the truth bro someones gotta tell u. Wat u need to do is post this thread on the anabolic board which is the first link on the main forum page, where I assure u you will get flamed excessivly, but u will also get some help with getting your system back on track. In terms of your diet you arent eating close to enough at all. 3 meals a day is a joke. U need to eat about 6-8 whole good meals to put on some solid weight. Stick around here, learn about proper diet and training, and hopefully u can get urself back on track. Good luck....

Ummm, that couldve been said much better! :P

You never did say what your cal intake was...

Part of the problem is that we all want things to quickly......I know I did, when I first started. I tried a cycle of Paradeca/Decavar and gained only a bit of strength and no size - because I didn't eat enough or lift right. Beside eating, your lifting has to be correct. Compound lifts - heavy(!) 3 or 4 times a week and you'll get big and strong.

thanks guys i eat like crazy now almost every chance i get, I also have been lifting hard, I am starting to feel good and i am bumping up tremendously,

i think i have to change my routine around a little more I've been doing back and bi's, chest, and tries, and shoulders and traps once a week, is that too little, or should i be lifting them more often,

another things is i tend to slack off on the weekn, I'm not eating enough, and sometimes, drinking, how much damage does drinking do to your muscles?, also whats the best way and form to do bent over rows
thanks for all the great help
