Frisky, I didn't know you were a Powerlifter. I need to talk to you about that. I want to go as heavy as I can (naturally). Lady, you are something else.

Oh really? Started of half ass training in Body Building and started talking to a few EF girls.. Spatts, Bigguns15.. to name two.. and just found a love for the sport. Only have one competiton under my belt and had a surgery not long afterwards on my elbow, (ill tell you about that) so I had to take some time off.. which brought me back into BB.

Girl you need to IM me.. I'm gonna try to get back into it after this comp... that is if I can fix this issue with the numbness in my left hand.

anabolic..... still read there but haven't needed to post there in a while (wink). C&C keeps me on this site and quite frankly, I really like this board.

Good people, interesting and wide range of opinions, articulate and educated folk.

Are you on MSN chat? Or yahoo? I love this lifestyle, just trying to find my niche. When I joined EF, I just wanted my body back (damn birth control patch and stress fucked me up) and running 3-5 miles/day 4-5 days a week wasn't helping. I want to start a heavier routine in the Fall, so I've been checking out the weightlifting and powerlifting forums lately.

added you to my msn!

I stayed very simple with my training... the only thing I really lacked is Bench due to the dislocating elbow everytime i'd lock out. oh and BTW...

NO RUNNING! Sprint.. yes. You want to hold on to the muscle remember ;)

Diet.

Eventually found C&C, BTS, Cardio Training, PoW (where I have a Pintocamateurs Fan club)

I only post in those 5 forums

Between the Sheets
Training
Diet
AAS
Chat

in that order I think

diet and bb forums, once I found C&C I spent about a month lurking, reading posts figuring out who's who and all that sort of junk before I grew the balls to post here.

smart move

diet board, and sorearms that's a good point about lurking for awhile. I can't believe I know every person who posts basically, as far as their personalities online I mean. When you first come to this forum it just seems like hundreds of people and you'll never know who they all are. C&C is pretty intimidating at first.

Anabolic Steroids & Bodybuilding Forum......Feb 2005

I have learned so much......thanks to everyone.

Started on the Anabolics board, then the training board, then they created the powerlifting board so I posted there, then C&C, then they created the Strongman board but not enough people post over there to do much.

Cheers,
Scotsman
