What exactly is the definition of Male Pattern Baldness

BIG BOBBY

New member
I have heard people talk about male pattern baldness two different ways. First i heard mpb is when you lose any hair on your head . Then i heard mpb is when you lose from the back and front. Now if it is an inherited trait does that mean you lose front and back. When on juice and you start losing hair is that bc you have mpb or just bc juice does that to you. I know this sounds stupid but its actually something me and my freinds argue about. Any info would be appreciated!!!!:fro:

I like these genetics questions!

The "pattern" refers to the pedigree pattern of heredity. Since it is genetic, it can strike anywhere on your body, but you usually only see it on your head. If you are indeed a carrier of the defective gene, using gear will expedite the inevitable death of the hair follicle. Meaning--it ain't coming back if your cells are defective.

Okay, you have a forehead...........when it gets a little bigger it is a "fivehead", then even bigger yet it is called a "sixhead". Pretty soon your forehead goes all the way back to your neck.......this is a pattern

sorry, I had to do it
