I read the packet really quickly and thought I saw maltodextrin and dextrose on it. Why is that a desirable sugar substitute? Those sugars have a GI of like 100.
If you wanted to sweeten your coffee and your choices were Sweet N Lo, Equal, or regular Sugar wouldn't the best choice by Sweet N Lo? That is what I have been using since it has nutrasweet. Ideally, I wish the free coffee they had at school had Splenda packets
, but you can't complain when it is free.
More ideally I wish the 6pm class I have came with an exciting teacher with a comprehendable accent.
