i was just curious what you guys eat. i am trying to look for new foods to eat as the ones that i eat now are getting boring and its getting hard to swallow down every day
oatmeal
brown rice or legumes
egg whites
whey protein
lean meats
chicken breasts
shrimp (very high in protein)
salmon
tuna
almonds
green veggies
and lots of water!
I think egg whites and oatmeal is the standard breakfast for almost anyone who watches what they eat. I try to keep my diet as much as I can but I don't freak out if I miss a meal or subsitute it. I am not going to comepte anymore so it's just to stay in good shape.
I can't even begin to think of the last day I went w/o oats or eggs..no shit.....it's been years..........that's scary..........almost as long as my fast food stint.it'll be 6 years in May.....
