what does your current diet look like?

i was just curious what you guys eat. i am trying to look for new foods to eat as the ones that i eat now are getting boring and its getting hard to swallow down every day
 
these are the things i eat every single day.
eggs
oatmeal
natty PB
chicken breasts
whey shake

i get these in every day no matter what. everything else is just whatever else i decide to eat.
 
Chicken Breast
Flax Oil
Oatmeal
Brown Rice
Lean Beef

Are all great sources of foods for both bulking and cutting diets.
 
Chicken Breast

Green veggies
Olive Oil
Tuna
Salmon
Lean beef
white fish
Whey
Dextrose
Maltodextrin

repeat, repeat, repeat...
 
oatmeal
brown rice or legumes
egg whites
whey protein
lean meats

shrimp (very high in protein)

tuna
almonds
green veggies
and lots of water!

2 whole eggs
 
I think egg whites and oatmeal is the standard breakfast for almost anyone who watches what they eat. I try to keep my diet as much as I can but I don't freak out if I miss a meal or subsitute it. I am not going to comepte anymore so it's just to stay in good shape.
 
damn ive been eating like shit lately. but still pumpin the weight hard.
 
I can't even begin to think of the last day I went w/o oats or eggs..no shit.....it's been years..........that's scary..........almost as long as my fast food stint.it'll be 6 years in May.....
