*** What does everyone take for there HRT/TRT and how much?

Doctor prescribed Cyp 100mg /week, but I run 200 a week on my own. I add a shot of 100mg EW of prop
No AIs for me-don't need it
HCG every 4-5 months 500iu E3D for 3-4 weeks. If I feel that I need more then I increase dosage to 1000iu E4D for total of 5 shots. I normally go by feel on the HCG till my nuts are back up to where they should be

I'm curious about the use of HCG when you use test all year round. You're never going to need your nuts to produce testosterone if you're injecting 200 - 300 mg a week are you? Why do you take it?
So his nuts don't shrink...

I was thinking samething about the HCG. When I start HRT (Awaiting full blood work to get my scripts) I will do 200mg test cyp most time but will jump up to 350-400mg as well sometimes as well.
I dont know about most bros on here but 200mg of good test c or e makes me feel good and jacked up, sex drive up, aggresive, I think 350mg is my best spot but 200mg test a week is no joke lol

Well my buddy is on a 1gr of test a week for years and goes up for contests. He says he takes HCG every 3 months for 2 weeks. I did it once or twice. I broke out and felt weird so I quit doing it. LOL
Which would made sense if you were young and cycling steroids and needing the nuts to kick back in again to produce test.
Perhaps you're concerned about asthetics?

I have noticed that my nuts have stayed the same size after approximately 6-months on this therapy.

Good question and yes you right as long as I take external testosterone I don't need my nuts to produce anything, I just don't like my nuts being all gone. It's more of a personal thing with me rather than testosterone production.
I am also on 100mg Cyp ew
I havnt seen any sides at all
At such a low dosage I never thought about taking hcg
Im just curious on why or what sides you are experiencing to take the hcg
Maybe I am miss informed on the use of hcg. I thought it only necessary for higher levels of test
Im one of those ppl that I can do 1 gr of test a week and feel perfectly fine. I don't break out or anything but in reality I dont want my body to get used to this much test all the time

If your nuts have not been damaged in some ways HCG will do exactely what you said, produce sperm

300mg test enanthate per week (split up into two 150mg injections: Monday 6pm and Friday 6am)
1000iu HCG per week (split into two 500iu injections: Sunday 6pm and Thursday 6am)
Arimidex 2mg per week (1mg on Monday and 1mg on Friday)
First few weeks my blood pressure went up and I felt kind of strange. Had some headaches. Erections that lasted all night long ect.
Started back doing cardio and after about 4 weeks I felt fine. Dr. said that I had lived with low test levels for so long that my body had to readjust itself. So far no negative sides, nuts are nice and full, gained 20 lbs, and bf went down 5-6%. I finally look and feel like a bodybuilder again. Life is good.

Make sure you keep up on the blood work and sperm counts. I came back zero and have since stopped hrt. I go to the lab on Saturday with my fingers crossed. I am feeling pretty weak and sluggish lately. Doc says the topical may have less of an impact on sperm production. He doesn't seem very open minded on the use of hcg, let alone test and hcg together.
Your doc needs to read up on things..lol

Though he tells me that he doesnt do anything with hcg... I am a little worried about that part
200mg's per week should not shrink the nuts too much, mine not at all. The only concern that you should have then is sperm count. If you are thinking about having more kids you should atleast have a sperm count test done now and then after 6 months of therapy. IMO
