What does everyone do for triceps?

I am doing a 5x5. Close grip bench for 5x5, the cable extensions and the pushdown machine. I am thinking of ditching the pushdowns and adding another movement. No skullcrushers, as they hurt my injured shoulder. DB kickbacks maybe?

I used to more dips and dips on a bench but those movements hurt my shoulder

Helped a ton. I had some major scar tissue in my shoulder (to the point where I could feel with my hand a lumo built up on top of my shoulder) and he broke it all up in one session which increased my ROM a ton.
 
You could try some DB extensions on a flat, incline, or decline bench...you will probably be able to do one of them without pain in your shoulder...

but you've not recovered enough to do dips ?

Shoulders and knees are terrible
Easily injured and when you're injured you can hardly do any upper or lower body exercise

It has been over a year and I am still not "fully recovered". Don't know if I ever will be or what that exactly means in my case. I probably could do dips if I worked on them (as I am working to get my flat bench back - very slowly), but it's not at the top of my list right now.
 
this is working really well for me right now:
cg bench 5x5
skulls 2x8-10
v-bar or rope pushdowns 2x8-10

could you do overhead dbell extensions?
 
I like french curls with the ex curl bar or cable w/ rope.

CG presses

1 x 12
1 x 10
1 x 8
1 x 6

Pressdowns (Cable w/ v-bar or rope)

1 x 12
1 x 10
1 x 8

French curls (EZ curl bar or cable w/ rope)

3 x 8-10

Single arm kickbacks w/ cable
