I am doing a 5x5. Close grip bench for 5x5, the cable extensions and the pushdown machine. I am thinking of ditching the pushdowns and adding another movement. No skullcrushers, as they hurt my injured shoulder. DB kickbacks maybe?
Helped a ton. I had some major scar tissue in my shoulder (to the point where I could feel with my hand a lumo built up on top of my shoulder) and he broke it all up in one session which increased my ROM a ton.

It has been over a year and I am still not "fully recovered". Don't know if I ever will be or what that exactly means in my case. I probably could do dips if I worked on them (as I am working to get my flat bench back - very slowly), but it's not at the top of my list right now.
