bros, I think I gave myself a hernia squatting. I wasn't even going heavy. It 'feels' like there is a tear down the middle of my upper abs when I push down with my fingers ( it is sore to the touch after training ). I don't have the lowest bf% so I can't visibly see if there is something there. when I squat or deadlift it 'feels' like I have an uncontrollable muscle spazm in that region, kinda feels like that area buldges out when I go down. any ideas on what it could be? could I have just pulled something?
