What do you want to improve or change in your fitness regime in 2009 and why ?

- Drop at least another 10% bf
- Increase LBM
- Increase Upper Body Strength
- Get Gamma Ray Poisoning that cause me to turn into a monster when my heart rate raises too high.
 
So far I have:
By the end of march:
300lb deadlift for 6 reps. (currently at 242x6)
230lb squat for 6 reps. (currently at 187x6)
180lb bench for 6 reps. (currently at 143x6)
 
- Improve legs (quads/hams not calves) (as to I associated good legs with athleticism)
- be as healthy as possible
- regain perfect diet discipline that I had about a year ago
- to not overtrain, and learn to take always 2 days of minimum per week
- to train bodyparts I don't enjoy (arms, abs, calves) with similar commitment to the others which I do enjoy

More crunches and calves
Stop bitching about back pain and start doing dead's again
