some info
my current cycles were good i took only 2 , both of them only consisted of 250 a week of sust which gave awsome gains. my first cycle i gained 25ps and second i gained 30pds. my training habits are good right now but i have alittle problem with eatin but i always fix that when i;m on the gear. i'm 5'11 and 200pds with about 8% body fat i lost about 40 pds since my last cycle which was a yr ago, i guess i wanna bulk and cut at the same time but we all know that can't happen(or can it)?
i do nothing for cardio in my trainin, i never have my metabilsm is so fast its hard enough holding on to this 200pds, and everyone tells me u'll get much bigger if u do and ppl say don't or u'll lose muscle so i don't now.
