What Do You Think

this is my first time hittin the gear in a yr , and i'm going to start off 250 a week of cyctothoh and i was wonderin what kind of cardio i should do cus i wanna stay fit as well but worried if i do cardio i'll lose caloiers which means i wont grow what should i do ?
 
first off you should use periods :D.....are you cutting or bulking?....what's your past cycles look like?.....what's your diet look like? (that's the key!)......how much cardio are you doing now?......what are your stats?

Canadian_Juice_Monster, what does your training look like now? How about your diet?

If you are making good gains with what you are doing now, you should be able to assess for yourself how to train on gear.

If you are not making good gains with your current training and diet now, you need to get that straightened out before you begin a cycle.
 
some info

my current cycles were good i took only 2 , both of them only consisted of 250 a week of sust which gave awsome gains. my first cycle i gained 25ps and second i gained 30pds. my training habits are good right now but i have alittle problem with eatin but i always fix that when i;m on the gear. i'm 5'11 and 200pds with about 8% body fat i lost about 40 pds since my last cycle which was a yr ago, i guess i wanna bulk and cut at the same time but we all know that can't happen(or can it)?

i do nothing for cardio in my trainin, i never have my metabilsm is so fast its hard enough holding on to this 200pds, and everyone tells me u'll get much bigger if u do and ppl say don't or u'll lose muscle so i don't now.
