I think it's gotta be money.

they fight over their differences. most people tend to rush into marriage and when they do after a while their differences get to them. different spending habits, different eating habits, different living habits, different outlook on raising children...etc...

it's always money...........

that or difference in lifestyles and/or future goals.

that's why i'm obsessed with becoming wealthy....seen way too much bullshit happen over money.

but of course once you achieve wealth, you have a whole new set of problems

the more you make, the more you spend. You can count the people on your hand that live the same lifestyle they did before they had money (Although there are a couple). A majority of people want to ENJOY the fruits of their efforts, and i believe there's nothign wrong with that

The more obligations and liabilities you have each month....so having a very diverse portfolio of assets is crucial, just in case. You have your hand is so many cookie jars, and life becomes ALOT more complicated.

god forbid something happens and all of a sudden you can't make that 10k mortgage payment for a few months.

and if you're a single dude? Forget it...you have to fend the vultures away and completely hide your wealth to find someone that'll actually marry you for you. Look at pro athletes....they're a huge target. lawsuits, etc. People will always want you have, assuming you have more than them

not only that, but certain friends alienate you or get jealous before your success and you have to associate with different people. seen it plenty of times

It's very easy to become addicted to a lifestyle of affluence...speaking from experience, i have a very very difficult time living below my means when the income isn't at a certain level. Once you're at the top, its hard to go back down.

alot of my family tells me they wish sometimes they could live a simpler life..they love their lifestyle but it involves a whole new set of problems and things become complicated

Mainly it is the dudes are upset because their ladies want me.

"no jealousy dunny. please, its just my life. don't be mad, because your girl would rather be my whore..than be your wife"

who is that? that shit is funny, I think I've actually said something close to that before.

That's what happened to my parents. They were accustomed to living off 100,000 g's a year and blew all their money and now can't work due to health and make about 25,000 per year.

My dad really fucked up. He had the option of taking 60 k a year retirement for the rest of his life or a lump sum of 800,000$. He took the lump sum and lost most of it when the stock market crashed.(Greedy) and lost the rest gambling and living above their means. Now, their children are paying for their fuck up.
