What do you think of my spring-summer diet plans...

First off I'll give you a little backround. I am 5'6" and at the moment I am 185lbs at around 11% body fat. I am running 600mg/wk of phenyl-prop with some arimidex for the months of april and may. Directly after I am running 500mg of Primo/wk for 10 weeks with 75mg/day of Tren with the final 5 weeks of the Primobolan. My goal is to get around 5% or less and try to maintain throughout the summer. I am also using E/C/A 3 times a day and have some DNP that I might use if I feel the need to get down this low of a bf %. Now my diet will look something like this:

meal 1: 4 egg whites w/ 2 yolks, 1 cup of reg. oatmeal, isopure protien shake

meal 2: isopure w/ water, 1/2 cup of brown rice, 1 tbsp of natural peanutbutter

meal 3: can of tuna, tbsp of light mayo, 1/2 a potato

meal 4: post workout isopure w/ water and 1/2 serving of carb fuel and tsp of glutamine

meal 5: some serving of white meat or fish with broccolli

meal 6: a few egg whites or a can of tuna before bedtime

Cals equal out to be around 2200 a day.

Training as so:

mon- chest,tri
tue- legs
wed- off
thur- shoulders
Fri- back, bis

will be doing cardio in morn or after workout mon-friday at 25 minutes/ day.

Tell me what you think. Need opinions. Boost cals or keep where they are? Too many carbs or just right? Should I keep the simple carbs post workout?

Thanks and as always your help is appreciated guys!

only take in simple carbs after workout. Make sure all the others carbs are low on the glycemic index. Id make the last meal some cottage cheese or some form of slow digesting protein. I personally really like cottage cheese right before bed. If you start losing weight too quickly then you'll want to up the carbs but I think with the AAS you got in there you should be ok. May I rec. fina? Its an amazing cutter atleast for me. I can eat anything and still lose weight while on fina.

Sounds good but you might want to consider taking meal 1 and 2 with milk to get some good carbs and it will also up your protien intake a few...after workout might not be a bad idea but another point you might want to try and do cardio for at least 30 minutes a day your body does not start becoming vascular unless you do at LEAST thirty minutes of cardio....have fun sounds good.....

Its not the size of the dog in the fight, Its the size of the fight in the dog...

I'm not going to go with the cottage cheese or milk because they both contain lactose. Lactose is bad when dieting because it can cause the body to hold on to water (causing water retention/ bloating of the midsection/ less defintion.) Lactose is a no-no when dieting so I've always heard. But these are both good ideas....I just want to get more strict.

You are going to have to monitor your progress. Everyone is different. You sound like a mesomorph, is that what you would classify yourself as? If so you may not lose too much size and strength on 2200 cals. Also the juice will help protect your muscle tissue. If I ate that many cals I would shrivel to nothing. I consider myself an ecto-mesomorph. Anyway the diet looks good including fats, complex carbs, and plenty of protein. I also never go without simple carbs post-workout. My only concern is total cals. Seems kind of low,but if you can maintain fullness, and your intensity in the gym, you may have it close to dialed in.-WULF
