Is it

1. In the morning
2. Mid-day
3. Evening
4. Individual

I know its best to run on empty stomach, but does it make a difference when do you do it? Or is it just a thing when you gonna find the time available and it wouldnt make a difference in the progress?

I know its C&C and that nobody here works out and all......

well, I need to lose the 15lbs that I gained for the passed year. Oh, and also lose my little saddle bags.

So hubby suggested morning, empty stomach, 20 min for now. I guess. I am not questioning him (God forbid if I do ;) ), just wanna see what everyone else thinks too

for the 85 millionth time, it doesnt matter. You (meaning any average non-competitor fitness enthusiast) won't notice any difference with your results whether you hit up cardio in the early morning or at night.

the biggest contributor to your results ultimately will be your diet.

that'll be $50. cash only.

40$ and you got a deal

yeah, yeah...I know, the diet is the key to everything. My husband has been screwing that in my head for years now :lmao:

I am just iffy if I do it after the kids go to bed, I wont be able to fall asleep. Dont ask me why I think this, cuz I dont know either

do it when it will best fit into your schedule and when you will have the best chance at sticking to it. but dont torture yourself because you wont last long doing it that way. make it enjoyable and stress free is what Im sayin

Take a child's aspirin and black coffee at the same time. Will give you energy.

Look at your fast carbo intake, including flour products. Cut them by 50% and up your veggies and meat.

BTW ... I do not see the 15 or the "bags". :)
