This is the first time I have posted my split. I developed it ~8 months ago, and it does me wonders for both size and strength. Last summer I used it while bulking and gained ~15 lbs and incredible strength in 3 months time.

I consider it a 5x5-HST hybrid, with a 2 on 1 off 2 on 2 off split.

I do not think I will stop doing it, except for the occassional deadlift that I throw in on day #2 every couple weeks. But please feel free to critique and offer opinions... :)

Day 1

Incline Bench Press 5x5
Wide Chest Dips 2x10
Bench Press Mch 2x10 (done 1 arm at a time for a nice stretch)
Cable Flies 2x10 (done either high or low, varies)
Push Press 5x5
Bent Over DB Lat Raises 2x10
Skulls 2x10
Pushdowns 2x10
Forearm Extensions 2x10
Weight Abs 5x10

Day 2

Weighted Pullups 5x5
BB Rows 5x5
Power Shrugs 2x10
BB Squat 5x5
Leg Extensions 2x10
Calf Raises 2x10
DB Curl 2x10
Preacher Curl 2x10
Forearm curl 2x10

Day 3 Off

Day 4

Flat Bench 5x5
Inc DB Press 2x10
Inc Press Mch 2x10
DB Pullovers 2x10
Clean/Press 5x5
Cable Face Pulls 2x10
CG Bench 2x10
Overhead DB Exts 2x10
Weighted Abs 5x10
Forearm Extensions 2x10

Day 5

Pulldowns 2x10
Cable rows 2x10
power shrugs 2x10
Front Squat 2x10
SLDL 5x5
Calfs 2x10
DB Hammer curls 2x10
BB Curl 5x5
forearm curls 2x10

Day 6,7 Off
