what do you rate your gym 0-10?

I train at Bally's as well, and pay $11 a month, but that is after going there for a couple of years. as far as the rating? I would give the one I go to a solid 6.0. it has plenty of free weights, but it can get crowded at times, and I really don't care if there is eye candy or not. that place could use at least one more power rack.

I know a kid that got a lifetime membership at ballys for 700.00
I paid 600 for a year...



What a rip off..On top of that my gym closes at 10 m-f and early as hell on the weekends...

Now I train at a twinky gym: no squat rack, the trainers can barely bench 135 lbs (seriously!), the dumbbells only go up to 100 lbs, and I get told I'm "...making too much noise..." when I do deads.

I give it a 2.

(If it wasn't for the girl on the front desk with the perfect ass it would only get a 1.)

I have been to the one in mission valley, and I do not like it since they haven't remodeled since 1983(so it seems). I work out at the on e in naional city(nasty city) with all the messicans.

What twinkie gym is that you are talking about. I got a gold card from Redondo Golds so I can use any of the Golds in LA have only been to Venice a couple times, not big enough yet to train with the big boys

Gold's Venice is just the neighborhood gym. 99% of the people there are normal folks... just 1% is the pro crowd.

since its free i'l give it a ten,

its open ,its outside, im always the only guy there , and theres some logs i wanna use but there to heavy.

and yes my gym has re-located to the local park.

I train at Bally's.(I know, I know) Aside from the fat women and punk kids that work there it's pretty good. Has basically all the same machines as my old gym for 1/4 the price. Some good bros there too. Another down side is hours and time it takes to fix a broken machine. Because of the price, I have to give it an 8, But I only pay $10.80 per month.

I train at Bally's too. In DC.

$63/month here+$100 down.

From 5 AM to 7 AM I give it a 9.0

From 7 AM till 11 PM a 5.0

I really dislike people who just sit on the machines and benches
doing nothing. Just speaking to other people. Damn annoying.
