i have been training naturally for 3 years . i weighed 135LBSwhen i was 21 now im weighing at 172LBS at 24. i am looking at taking it a bit further as i have hit a plateu, so here is the cycle i was thinking about doing.
week 1-10 test enth
week 3-10 tren ace
week 12-14 nolva
during cycle i was thinking of running proviron at 50mg a day and 500 iu of hgc every 5 day this is to keep the water retention down and keep testes the same,
any suggestion would be a big help
 
If this is your first time drop the Tren its for more advanced users,and carries some nasty sides!
 
A nice test e 500mg a week for 10-12 weeks with a great training and diet will give you great results with a good amount of weight gain... Thats the basic first run with AAS that should be done so you know how your body reacts to each compound. Proviron def is a good addition to any cycle, I run it every time. How tall are you?

Drop the tren. If you're looking for a little more edge, kickstart the cycle for the first 4 weeks with tbol, beastrol, etc., but other than that, just run test for the first time so you know how you react to it, what sides you get at what dose, how much AI you need, etc.

3 Weeks of nolva aint gonna cut it for PCT. See Official PCT of 2010 sticky.

Proviron rocks, but it may or may not keep you as dry as you want. Also have an AI like aromasin on hand.
 
Im on tren right now... The cough is rediculous and the dreams are pretty messed up. Its hard to keep up with hydration. Mood swings over stupid little things. ITs def rough and you should look into it maybe 6-7 cycles down the road. Get your weight up, more muscle, size, strength, diet spot on, and know what your body likes and takes well to. Dont jump on the most powerful compound out for a first time.
 
thank you for your replies and im 6'0 kru887. i know there are 3 stages of steroids bulking cutting and recovery. like i said i wanna put on a bit more muscle and i think i will go for the test e and for cutting i was going to have clen and winni just a bit more info for you guys as i know it helps with adive my diet consists of.
07.00 7 eggs scrambled with 3 whole meal toast
0930-10.00 300grms of cottage cheese with rice cakes
12.30 chicken salad
15.30another pot of cottage cheese with almonds on side.
17.00 18.15 gym woking one part of body per day.
19.00 3 egg whites scoop of peanut butter with water, hold my nose as its not nice.
2200 protein shake

i know everyone has different ideas but just wondering for a 1st time user what would be cycle to bulk strip and pct for 10-12 weeks if you guys dont mind. thank you
 
You should weigh little more than u do now for your height and age IMO. Clen also is rough with the shakes and heartbeat and headaches. A good diet will help u lean up. There are no magic pills that strip fat. Cardio and diets can do wonders. ANYWAY... If a plain test cycle isnt what u want to hear and u want to add more compounds this would be a nice solid lean mass cycle.

test e 1-10 500mg week
winstrol 7-12 50mg day
proviron 1-12 50mg day

Thats something I'd do if u cant settle for a basic cycle.
 
I have just been told that they cant get the proviron what else could be used and i heard winstrol really hurts or is that just people who aint got a high pain tolerance
 
Run aromasin. I have to use 12.5mg ED for 500mg test a week. Try it at 12.5mg EOD at first and see how that works.

So what's your current cycle plan?

Dont worry about any other just stick with test mate .

I looked at your diet its ok but if your still only 175 and have been eating like that for some time your doing to much cardio you should be bigger natty ..
