This occurs for me often .. it really stumps me though...I mean their boyfriends are RIGHT THERE...I almost never smile back because I'm dumbfounded.

It doesn't mean they're interested in you and not committed to their boyfriend. Many women are flirtatious because they are in the habit of using their sexuality to manipulate men. Often this behaviour is unconscious, it is just borne of habit from being a sexual object.

It can be funny to see how frustrated some ultra-beautiful women are around guys like me. They wonder why their womanly wiles aren't working, hehe.
