preworkout............thinking I ate around noon and will train about 4........not used to training in the afternoon, so I'm not set on what to eat before......I'll either go lean matrix and some coffee.........or old fashioned oats and water in a shaker.....just about the same macros, just leaning toward (haha) the lean matrix cause Im in the office and it's more convenient............

Today, 1 hour before my workout I had a can of tuna in a wrap with a melted piece swiss cheese, nuked for 1 minute and a tbsp of ranch dressing. 361 calories/41 protein/35carbs. Not that I'm keeping track or anything.:)

you know, I could do that too.....I have a tuna pack and some low carb tor. here.....and some cheese.....but, I'm not on ckd, just like the flav-or.........gives you the energy to get by?

Not getting by is not an option bro. If I'm tired, I'm just tired. Balls to the walls is balls to the walls. I'm more worried about avoiding catabolism. If you're worried about energy, look into glycerol.

onerep-its possible to have the best of both....energy to blast you through and the fuel to do so.....trust me, nutrition and what you consume beforehand makes the diference between 110 and 150% ballz the the wall.........a tuna wrap seems like it would do the trick.....too many people dont worry about pre and post nutrition....my theory is.......you can f up your diet all you want, just dont neglect pre and post....

That's true. Personally I feel that what you eat or don't eat is just as important as what you do inside the gym. If I'm not eating enough then I feel like I'm working out for nothing, or even being counterproductive. You can't build a house without bricks. I bought this stuff called PBL Liquid Muscle, it is glycerol which puts glycogen (energy) in your muscles and two tablespoons has 10grams of protein. It pretty much eliminate the excuse (I didn't have enough time to eat). Although "I didn't have enough money" might still fly.

i lift early AM, the only food stuff is 12oz of O.J..If I eat too much, I feel nasuas. When I lifted pm, i followed my normal diet, eating every 3 or so hours.
