Not sore from working out but I was working out on sat and was doing shrugs and tweaked my back, it was sore for like a day and went away.....today first exercise i was doing was rows and it was hurting but 10x worse....how long should I wait for it to completely heal and would it help if i put mineral ice on it?.....pissed cause i've been sick for 2 wks and now this bs
