Mostly dental floss. I will on occasion use a dental pick I got from my dentist. You've got to be carefull w/ those istruments while picking at your gum line. I've drawn blood several times slipping deep into my gums. I've also used a piece of paper folded at the corner when I had nothing else. You know, I've heard flossing is more important than brushing. I think it helps w/ bad breath as well. Can't type anymore, gotta go floss.

I use floss. Now we have these Reach Access flossers, too, my husband bitches he doesn't floss because it's too awkward.

I'm fucking nuts though, I use two different types of toothbrushes (a regular one and a Sonicare) and floss in between. I have a dental neuroses my mom had a mouthfull of crowns I just don't want that.

I have a Hummingbird flosser. It vibrates the floss between your teeth. I think it does a better job that way.
