What do you eat for breakfast?

I eat 2 cups of oatmeal(cooked) with a banana, splenda, 60 grams of whey with a little skim milk and 2 tablespoons of natural peanut butter--if I don't have time I'll eat 4 99% fatfree whole wheat waffles with peanut butter and a protein shake--what do you eat?
 
Another great AAS post in the Steroid forum. Maybe a mod can move this misplaced thing.



It depends on what you call breakfast. My breakfast is two meals one at 8 and one at 10.

Here is what I hit at 8:
1 glucorell
2 packets plain organic oatmeal (with hot water)
really really dark brewed cup of green tea

at 10:
protein shake

Breakfast of champions

Gaining phase
20 eggs, 5 egg whites
4 cups(cooked) oatmeal or grits
50 grams whey protein, 1 tspb PB, hemp oil, 20 grams glutamine...tons of supps and a big ass pot of coffee
 
Oh it's ok to be off topic once in a while. For breakfast, 1 cup of cooked oatmeal and a full plate of cooked Egg Beaters (better than egg whites). No coffee, gives me acid reflux...yikes! :chomp:

Aye mate - just felt good to be a dick.
 
Protein pancake:
Half cup oatmeal
2 whole eggs& 2 egg whites
half cup cottage cheese
cinnamon powder: half teaspoon

Blend the above: then slowly cook on pan.
Breakfast of champions!

It was interesting enough for you not only to open it but you also posted-this is the ONLY forum I ever post in-I enjoy learning shit from the people in this forum and food is the #1 thing that holds most people back--go have another bowl of organic oatmeal

holy crap! you're not serious, are you?

on a different note, regarding the PB and hemp oil... is it wise to include fats in your first meal of the day? won't that slow down the digestion / absorption of the more crucial carbs and protein since your body is in catabolic mode when you wake up?
 
at 4:30am an EXTREMLY small portion of tuna fish w/egg whites and 1 piece of wheat bread

at 7:00am 1/3 cup of oats with 2 16oz 2% milks with roughly 1/3 cup of whey in each. :coffee:
 
MY EVERYDAY BFAST:
-5 whites and 1 whole egg scrambled with 1/2 cup of brown rice mixed in the scramble. Topped with sirachi peppers.
-UP your MASS shake.
-big glass of milk.
-couple handfulls of granola
-fistfull of vitamins, etc.
-Black Tea (awesome pre-made one from "Trader Joe's" market)

MY DOG'S BFAST:
-2 egg whites, 2cups of Nutro lean, shot of winstrol
 
Usually the following;

1 small bowl of low fat/low sugar granola with blackberries or a banana in it and skim milk.

6 eggs scrambeld but only 1 yolk.

4 shots of espresso with a bit of skim milk.

1 piece of Whole Wheat toast with 1 tablespoon of natty pb on it.

32 oz of water.
 
tons of pussy.
if i'm training afterwards and dieting, 1c oats and protein shake.
if i'm not training afterwards, just protein shake or 4 or 5 scrambled eggs and a spoonful of peanut butter.
i definately prefer tight, shaved, tan, wet snatches instead of food though.
 
Weight lifting days. 1 cup of oatmeal mixed with 50g's of whey protein

Cardio days. 1 cup of oatmea, and 8 whole eggs, 40 mins post cardio
 
I try to keep carbs low at this time because I train later in the day, would rather have them around there. So I usually just have 6 whole eggs.
