What do you do to get rid of the lower back pain from dball.

I know what you mean. The pain hits me hard on back day so bad that I have to lay on my bench for a couple of minutes between sets till the pain goes down.

Sometimes I notice the pain just walking around or sitting around. It never really goes away, it just gets easier sometimes to deal with.

I am using the dbol to kick start my cycle, but I don't think that I will do that again. It interferes with my workout to much.

I also noticed that I feel sluggish and tired on the dbol.

I am on day 15 of the dbol cycle and the only thing that I really noticed is better pumps. The strength gain never came around yet and my bodyweight is still pretty much the same.
 
You think it's bad at 25mg, try running it at 40mg+! :FRlol: :FRlol: :FRlol:

Not a damn thing you can do about it other than what's already been stated, relax as much as possible between sets, sinch the weightbelt down & stretch but, nothing really takes it away once it starts. Sometimes it hurts like hell to simply sit in my truck & drive home after the gym.
