Wondering... after reading through the rules it seems very limited.
My friends and I like to go to the gym most days anyhow and I find it hard doing things as I might be messing up my lifts.
Does anyone do their auxillery exercises on off days?
Or perhaps an 'abs day'
Cardio...
Thoughts... My goal is to lose fat at the moment so cardio would be good, I guess I need to have the right amount though.
