Chest flyes I totally forgot about them and today i was like oh shit i need to add chest flyes in there. I did bench,decline,and flyes
are they more for definition or mass?? I feel great the best my chest has felt in a long time. I had to cut my bench down to 4 normally pyramid to 5 but i think thats pretty good for throwing in decline and flyes.. So could someone tell me how important they are and what they are good for mass or definition??
