What causes the extreme vascularity?

I haven't seen much about this, so i would like to start a small discussion on why do veins become thicker and more apparent wheb you use, say anavar or winstrol. What happens to the vascular system that causes this? Is it significantly negative on heart health, or not at all?

There are alot of factors that play into it. Skin thickness, which is based on genetics, is a HUGE factor. Different compounds also cause a higher increase of red blood cells, which thus expand the veins.

In my case, I'm a skinny ass ectomorph all the way. When I dont eat I look like I went thru the holocaust. The only kind of weight I put on is muscle, never fat, so gaining fat isn't a concern. I've got paper thin skin as well, as do many ectos. I also bulk year-round.

I'm a test & tren kinda man myself. Causes a huge increase in RBC. Test for the base and mass building. Tren for the vascularity, tremendous strength, and grainy look. Sometimes kickstarted with Tbol.

In fact...i'll be on in just a few weeks. Watch out bitches

I'm excited man! I think i'll be doing my first contest in April or Jun, but we'll see how that goes. Time to get into shape and all that good shit :). Plus the girlfriend is an artist and insists that she paint me. No way am I not being jacked for that .

I'll agree with you on the Tren/Test combo. I love the results of that. I am going back on next month along with Winstrol (my first time). Gotta be ready for drunk bitches in bikinis on spring break :)

For me, as iam currently running my first all oral cycle ( i know i know), all of the sudden i look at my forearms, and I'm like WTF? where did all these veins come from? some of them aren't so prominent, but through my skin i can now see probably 3 times as many veins more than ever. granted they don't stick out, they are now visible through the skin. One thing i thought was funny: Lots of people have a really thick vein tharuns down the top of their biceps. I do to, but guess what happened to the vein? It has started making a groove in the bicep and it keeps getting deeper. i would have thought it would poke out more on top of the muscle. instead i can run my finger acrossed it and feel a significant indent when flexed.

there has to be more to it than genetics and muscle development. maybe not. The RBC does explain some of the expansion, but for so many veins to just get thicker and start showing all over the place is kind of a weird phenomenon to me. I love it though.

All true. Anatomy is also a factor -- where the veins are located.

Increased blood pressure will "improve" vascularity.

RBC is huge, which is why "VIGOR" works so well. Take a dose before your workout with some carbs and 8 oz of water and another dose after the workout with a high glycemic drink. You'll have veins popping out all over the place.

lower bodyfat makes them really pop out if you train with weights.
