Are you getting enough potassium in your diet? Potassium deficiencies can result in involuntary muscle twitches.

Hmm.. I get muscle twitches like everyday.. in the most random muscles..

One morning it will be my shoulder, next day it will be my forearm, later on my thigh... one time it was my eyelid..

Just something I thought of....watch that bicep when deadlifting. Make sure you aren't bending at the elbow when using the mixed grip, unflexed muscle can tear quite easily, keep the arm straight as can be.......I can't say enough good things about hook-gripping to prevent biceps tears, but if you want to go mixed, keep the arms STRAIGHT.
