What can I expect

I am currently on TRT 100mg/wk, and want to do a blast of Test C at 500mg/wk for 12-14 weeks. I have been training 3 years, 5'10", 170 lbs, 14-15 BF%. This would be first cycle, and my hope is to recomp to 11-12% while gaining some LBM. I am thinking I should eat at maintenance (I know how and when to eat).

1. Is this much of a recomp possible for a first cycle?
2. Is eating at maintenance where I should be to achieve these goals? My maintenance is 2500 if I do four hours of cardio and 2800 if I do seven.
3. Can anybody who gained decent LBM while losing BF tell me their results and how much they ate?

Going from 15% to 11% is a lot different than 14% to 12%, so it depends where you really are and what you really want to hit. But, in 3 and a half months, one could probably drop 4% body fat and if you aren't already huge, add some muscle. It is definitely possible, just keep a good diet and stick with it. Keep your training intense.

Well I would add some more compounds since you are on a blast maybe some mast and/or tren depending on how experienced you are with cycling I'm expecting you are since you are on TRT.

What amount of calories should I am for?

Basically I was at 12% 5 weeks ago, but renovations on my house knocked my home gym out, and when I dont train my diet strays. It is done this week so I started back again yesterday. Also a girl I've been interested in for a long time just broke up with her BF. She likes the leaner look and made comments about me with a shirt off when I was 12%, but she hasn't seen me back at 15%. So i'm torn between trying to cut hard and fast down to 10-12% first, or using my extra Test to get close to the same level with more LBM in the same amount of time. I'm trying to get the best aesthics possible in 2-3 months.

I think you will see some nice results. If your wanting to lean up during this try a 50P/30C/20F ratio diet.

Nope. This would be first cycle. I have extra Test because of TRT, but don't have contacts for anything else except for stuff that can be acquired easily online like an AI and HCG (which I already have).

Thanks, but what total calorie amount should I aim for? I am worried that eating over maintenance will mean no fat loss, that eating under maintenance no muscle gain, and that eating at maintenance means I spin my wheels. I'm looking for the optimal balance possible to improve overall aesthetics. I am guessing something like 65/35 ratio of muscle gain/fat loss would be perfect.

Are you doing 4-7 hours of cardio a day or did I read that wrong?

Yes, you read that wrong. I am planning on doing a minimum of four hours of cardio a week, but have no problem upping it to seven if that will help in the recomp effect (though I've always personally believed its only about calorie deficicits or surplus, but not sure if AAS changes that).
