My gym only has 1 incline bench and Ive being told on these boards that too much of an incline goes more for shoulders. And I think my gyms is too inclined,you cant adjust anything on it. Should I use 1 of the 2 non bb incline benches on the smith machine or use a ball for incline bench on the smith machine (I seen a guy do these the other week, he simply angled himself to an incline)
