What can fix this?????

ok my body fat is around 7 or 8. i have put on about 30 lbs of muscle in the past 8-9 months. but im slowly starting to get fat around my lower abs. i do abwork 2 or 3 times a week, and i run for 10 mintues 2-3 times a week. i also eat really good (brown rice, past, oatmeal, veggies, fruit, protein shakes, granola bars, things of this sort). How is it possible that i am gaining this fat on my lower abds and what can i do to get rid of it? would the liposhred stack do anything for this? i was planning on the shredder stack (beastdrol and katanadrol), but this fat needs to go ha. so what do you guys recommend? thanks a ton!!!!
 
i would cut cals. remove some carbs from your later meals.
 
Just lower the carbs a bit. The liposhred stack will keep that off.
 
Lipostim3 + lipoflame is an awesome fat burner combo. It will give you that boost you ar looking for.

ok so leave out A02? also, im still increasing mass and eating a ton, so if i use these, and cut back carbs a bit, will the prevent me from increasing my mass and adding strength and muscle?

You can do the amplify02 as well. I just take it pre-workout on upperbody days.


The lean mass is purely up to the diet. The stim/flame combo will just keep that touch of fat around your mid section away.

I would just add the liposhred combo as of now and see if that is enough to make the difference. If not, cut carbs a little at a time until you find what you are looking for.

OMEGA posted it somewhere. I think it wa something like 2 weeks. Until then, drop the carbs back just a touch until you find the right spot.

I have always said that spot reduction is a myth and I pretty much stand by this. Cals in cals out is how you loss fat in any area of the body. How ever science has shown that people will hold fat in different areas depending on hormone levels.

High estrogen and cortisol makes you hold fat in the gut,ass and love handles. Also lack of good sleep will do this.

So of course a 3 ring attack is needed.

1 more sleep
2 lower estrgen
3 lower cortisol


I wont even bother telling people how though. I am not a infomercial or a product pusher. I help and if people want that help they can ask me. Other then that I will keep it to myself.
