Alright, some background: I'm taking the plunge to the dark side. After "years of intense training and perfect diet" I have decided it is time to run a cycle. I'm 5'11" and 170lbs, I'd love to hit 173 after my cycle. Since I am a "first-timer" I will be going with 1500mg/week of Sustanon and 10 Anadrol tabs a day for 12 weeks. I have PCT on hand and diet is in check to the last gram (let's just say I've dotted all my i's and crossed all my t's).
My question is in regard to designing my split. I am not sure where to put triceps pushdowns because I could never seem to figure out what muscle(s) are working during the movement.......so please vote.......constructive comments welcome bros.
