Alright, some background: I'm taking the plunge to the dark side. After "years of intense training and perfect diet" I have decided it is time to run a cycle. I'm 5'11" and 170lbs, I'd love to hit 173 after my cycle. Since I am a "first-timer" I will be going with 1500mg/week of Sustanon and 10 Anadrol tabs a day for 12 weeks. I have PCT on hand and diet is in check to the last gram (let's just say I've dotted all my i's and crossed all my t's).

My question is in regard to designing my split. I am not sure where to put triceps pushdowns because I could never seem to figure out what muscle(s) are working during the movement.......so please vote.......constructive comments welcome bros.

Actually, studies performed on previously malnourished and untrained 18 year-olds show more fiber recruitment in kickbacks, so you might be on to something.
 
Where to begin . . . first off, you need 11 tablets a day, not 10. And you'll never make it to 173 and keep those massive gains if you don't use some milk thistle, Clomid, vitamin M, and garlic tabs. For a split, just confuse your muscles daily. Sometimes, maybe do triceps pressdowns for tricpes, then next time, do triceps pushdowns. Or triceps pressdowns again but this time for side delts and lower right lats. Also, occasionally do some calculus b/c it's was proven in a cross-blind double-under study on burn victims that calcululs confuses the brain muscle, which controls the other muscles, thus confusing YOUR ENTIRE SYSTEM, which will lead to massive gains. Finally, whatever you do, don't drink milk (sugar = bad) and don't TOUCH cereal and shit like that.

yeah man and think off that the reps have to perform very very slow - the best would be a concentric phase about 10secs so that you really feel the pain and this pain show you that the muscle will grow (especially when you do kickbacks, one of the best mainefforts ever will be)

grrrreeeettts... (and don't forget side and front lateral raises.....) !!!

be careful with the calculus though, you don't want CNS burnout.
 
are you doing them standing, one arm reverse, overhead, balancing on a ball? there are so many different ways to do this important lift and each works the muscle in a very different way.

my workout has been awesome. Took me a year to put this one together. Tuesday is usually my off day though.. i squeeze in pushdowns on a different day.

monday: chest/ bies

wed: chest/ bies
thurs: chest/ bies
friday: chest/ bies
sat: chest/ bies
sun: chest/ bies

If you're assymetrical you should lean a little to one side during each rep. Or stand on one foot. Thanks to proto for that tip.

I've also heard yawning during the concentric can improve your pump, I think that's a mentzer principle.
 
Biggt, where the hell do you come up with this stuff. you need to spend more time in the gym, and less time on myspace and less time busting the balls of the steroid fourms...lol

Maybe so, but I am hitting the gym in a few hours and I REALLY need a split NOW .....so if you could just tell me the best way to get massive pecs please (not too massive, maybe like Brad Pitt in Troy).

btw guys......what is better for maximum gains : Triceps Pushdowns or Triceps Pressdowns??? And should I take 1 Anadrol tab every hour for 10 hours.....or 2 tabs every hour for 5 hours??? This could be very crucial.

8-12 reps is ONLY for hypertrophy, right??? and if you do '5x5' or triples or something, you will either shrink or look like Jared before his Subway diet, correct???
 
low reps will make you fat, if you look at powerlifters they have no muscle at all

it's important to mix it up to keep those muscles guessing

3 x 8 on the one arm pushdown
4 x 15 on the reverse pushdown
3 x 10 rope pushdown
5 x 12 overhead extensions

if you're on cycle you can do this workout twice a day for maximum results

Tweakle, I see your point.....but the thing is, I am trying to go from 170-173 (with gladiator pecs, mind you), now, with that in mind, what if I changed the one-arm pushdown to 4x8 and the reverse pushdown to 3x12, is that still gonna give me MAXIMUM results? Or should I just keep it as outlined.

Before I go ram 1500mg of Sust in my ass, can somebody tell me how I can keep the plates from sliding off the end of the bar at the gym? It is very frustrating......I need to work on my mind/muscle connection.
 
Big Red Flag.

First, I don't see any lists of supplementation. How are you going to get big if you aren't willing to even throw some money at it? Now I'm not going to tell you how to live your life and make choices but personally, if you aren't ready to piss money away at GNC - you aren't ready for roids.

Second, you don't list your current program. It doesn't matter what it is (shit's all diet anyway, I don't even go to the gym) so much that it gets "changed up" - you need to surprise your body and keep it guessing. Just the other day, I woke up and the first thing I did was mash my hand in a vice and piss on my own leg. My body was surprised and wet. I'm sure I'll get bigger for it.

On that same note - how is it a shock to the body to do Brad Pitt workouts all the time (fucker was bad ass in Gladiator - army of one baby). I would alternate these with old school Richard Gere setups from the American Gigilo pre-gerbil era (I call these RG-Tightass sessions). That and some surpise self mutilation to keep the body guessing will no doubt get you those much coveted 3 pounds.

Plus boatloads of test and the big anadrol but like I said before, you may well be at your genetic potential like a svelte 13 year old boy, but unless you are throwing money, you aren't ready for roids. I hope you feel me good bro as I B Ur l33t Peep and watch yo back.

Don't make this hard bro. Take it in the shower for best effect. Take half the dosage orally and then rub the other half into your skin once your pores open. Bro, I gotta disagree with 'cow on this one. Immediately after your workout is the only way to go...I saw this one study with racing llamas taht showed severe atrophy in the absence of a liquid meal within 30 seconds of a race.

Even though he doesn't have studies to back it up, don't take his advice about self-mutilation lightly. I saw a vid of that dude repping 315 with only two spotters, so you know he knows what's up. I'd suggest burning yourself - if you do enough of it, you'll be able to go to the hospital and get some of that high quality intravenous glutamine shit.

No....no....no you have it all wrong! With a diet that clean you really need to think about taking all the gear and pushing it way up your ass. Study show that this will release imerfgher slower that way, and lead to huge gains with sightyerwerr cells. That way the push downs will bring those shin muscles to a whole other level. damn tweakle, you have it all wrong, you gotta go into the gym thinking you're going to do DB curls. now your muscles are all ready for that. so you pick up your 5lb DB and just as you're about to curl and the muscles are getting ready, you suddnenly bend over and do some kickbacks instead... really confuses the crap out of the muscles... they'll be like wtf?

Would my insurance cover it if I went to the vet. I'd rather the vet because that way when he is not looking, I can raid his cabinet and chug some Winnie real quick for massive pumps and wikked cuts.

Figure out your co-pay for an ER visit and then call your vet, tell him your bet gerbil was watching fetish porn, you were passed out drunk and he took advantage of you but hurt himself in the process. If the doc questions this tell him the gerbil was all loaded up on glutamine and it be fine.

Sadly contrary to what most teens accept as fact, most vets don't keep bottles of winny stored in the exam rooms. I can confirm this as I've visited no less than 300 different vets accross 4 states and 3 countries following the winnie grail quest.
