yep 7 % and still no abs ( well only the upper a lil bit ) , this really sux
I never trained my abs , maybe that is why I can't see them , and ALSO the fact that I lost 50 lbs of fat doesn't help my skin ,
I have loose skin all over my abs region , so add this to the fact that I never trained my abs ...and ....no abs

I once had a 43 " waist , now I have a 34 " waist , there is some loose skin that prevent me from seeing my abs .....
I just started ( about 3 weeks ago ) training my abs with intensity , let's see if it will help
