What % Body Fat Are You and What do You Want to Be By Summer?

I just got measured yesterday and I am at 10.7. I want to get to 6% by April 1. I am going to see my abs again gosh darnit if it kills me.

What about ya'll?
 
I'm just comming off of a bulking cycle so right now mine is pretty high at 14%. By the start of summer with a little help from my "supplements" I want to be down to at least 9%.

Currently at just over 8%, by summer I hope to be at least 10%, no joke.
This may sound strange but after my May show I want to put back on some weight. Most people will look perfectly fine at 10% and you can't grow at 6-7 %. Getting that lean is silly to me unless its for a competition.

Are you sure? I mean what if you keep the protien grams up and just cut back on the fats and carbs and do cardio? Please answer because I did not know this. I mean do you loose muscle or just maintain?
 
7 % right now , I am ripped except for the abs that still have tons of loose skin from the time I was with FUCKING 27 % bodyfat

hope to get down to 3 % with fina , winny and EQ -> my next cycle

12% i wanna get 8-9% my goals are a bit more realistic compared to the guy who said 35% and wants to hit 6% by summer...bwahhhhaaaaa
 
had it checked a week ago, 8.8%, so we'll just say 9%, and, ummm, I am not aspiring to be professional or anything, so I think I wanna keep it just where it is. I "do" need to work on the abs though =)

Man, you are 7% and you still can't see your abs? Do you work them with weights? Or are you doing crunches? 3% seems dangerously low for a goal. I have heard if you use weights with low reps 8 - 10 your abs will grow just like any other muscle. Maybe you should try that first.

yep 7 % and still no abs ( well only the upper a lil bit ) , this really sux

I never trained my abs , maybe that is why I can't see them , and ALSO the fact that I lost 50 lbs of fat doesn't help my skin ,

I have loose skin all over my abs region , so add this to the fact that I never trained my abs ...and ....no abs :(

I once had a 43 " waist , now I have a 34 " waist , there is some loose skin that prevent me from seeing my abs .....

I just started ( about 3 weeks ago ) training my abs with intensity , let's see if it will help

Well I'm about 87 % now plan on being only 78 % if I stay on my strict diet, was at 78% last summer and my abs were well anyway something was protruding out of my stomach maybe it was just all the hernias from heavy lifting.

Yea I think training abs with weight will really help over just regular crunches. I mean look at your other muscles you wouldn't do a 100 reps of bench press you grow at the 8 rep to failure range try the same with your abs. Good luck.
 
I'm at 15% right now. I would like to get down below 10% by the beginning of April, I hope that I can do that. I'm cheating with winny at 50mg and 120 mcgs spiropent per day(2 wks on 2 wks off).
 
yep , I am trying something similar to that , right now I do only 8-15 reps for abs per set . I try to reach failure in 8-15 .

That'll work. Those hanging straight leg raises (on the dip bars)really kill my lower abs. Finally got up to doing 15 reps before I almost pass out from pain. :D
 
I'm doing the opposite :) I'm starting to bulk in 2 weeks.. It'll be all clean eating etc. First 6 weeks Bulk, last 6 weeks Diet.. I'm wondering how it will turn out. I've never done a split bulk/diet in one cycle.

Has anyone every tried it?

I think with dnp and strong will it could be done. As for me I don't measure bf% because its a known fact that calipers suck. I use the mirror method and cut until I look good.
 
I'm at about 13% right now. When my stuff arives, I'm going to do a fina based cycle with a strict diet to hopefully get to around 7% by end of May for my trip to Cancun. Also gonna add some heatmiser to try to get the body fat down.

I imagine maintaining is fairly easy, even at a lower bf%.
My goal is to constantly grow and put on size. If I don't have enough extra cals. I'm not going to grow as well, I might look a little better, but 10% is still lean enough for looking good.

I'm 242 pnds. at 5-8" with 15-16% I'm not cutting up this summer I did'nt reach my goal of 265pnds :(, I have a big bone structure that makes alot of my weight my wrists alone are 8.5"

First that is a very respectable body fat for a girl. Good work. But 6% change in month and a half how do you plan to do that?
 
Around 14% right now want to be around 8% if possible. I've been pretty low and still couldn't see my lower abs.
 
I'm at 185lbs 5.8% and am currently bulking on an EQ+FIna+
arimidex+Bromocriptine+T3(25mcg) cyle.

I should get to 200lbs circa 7% for Mid-may.

Then its DNP+Yohimburn+Ephedrine+Redux+GHB
+Fina(150mg ED)+ Arimidex+Bromocriptine
for 2 weeks to get down to 194-5lbs at roughly
5%(I hope).
Then, I have 7-10 days to let the water shed and I'm off to the
states to visit a very special woman. :)

If you want to maintain a low BF(once you get there), use
FINA+arimidex+Bromo(or Vitex in some
cases). It makes low BF% maintenance a snap.

And ditch ALCOHOL. Drinking just one day will screw up
the next day too in terms of your bodies lipolytic ability.
Thats 2/7= 28.6% less fat loss a week.
So, think about this before drinking.

i'm at 10 % now, and can see my abs, but not good.
at what fat % do you have to get to see you're abs really good sticking out? something like 6 ore already at 8? don't know
what do you guys think?

because i wanna get to that point that my abs sticking out!

I bulked up a bit to 9% @ 217 1/4lbs, would like to get down to 6 percent. Ive just started my "cutting" phase to get ready for summer.
 
Victor, just for curiosity, are you sure about this 3%BF ?! Im pretty sure it's not possible considering you're on 7% now. 3% is too low, I've never seen or even heard about someone with this BF%!
 
im around 9 or 10% right now but will soon be at 6 to 7% soon as it starts getting warm my bodyfat melts away always around 7% every summer could be because i work outside all year.
 
11%, want to be 0% by summer, but it's going to be tough.

Had liposuction 10 days ago - the doc sucked out 2 liters of which 50% was fat. Hooohoooeeeee, lost the loveless handles and a little on the gut in two hours procedure!!! Of coarse recuperation time is another story.
 
13% now and I want to be %8, I am doing a test/fina/clen/t3/winny/eq cycle now so we will see how it goes, my diet is gonna be 100% good as well!
 
I'm at 7.6%, only part not ripped is mid-body, arms and legs are great (it's diet and IR for me (Insulin Resistance)). Doc just prescribed T3 and HGH, will stack it with my Fina and Clenbut, so I'm targeting sub 4% in 30 to 60 days.

Will do:
Tren 75mg/ed weeks 1-8 (if you want to go eod how about 100mg eod)

Clen 2 on 2 off.

Diet-
Turkey breast and fish and leafy greens all day long. (every 3 hours starting at 7am post workout....I start at 5)


Cardio- Twice daily at 40 minutes a hop, once post workout and other post dinner

You have some issues if you want to be zero percent bodyfat. We all will acheive this goal...about a year into the decomposition process.
 
Im Fat

Still bulking right now. I am around 16%. I WILL be at 9% or lower for summer.
