I do crossfit workouts and keep a low carb diet trying to keep dropping bodyfat. The only supp I take right now is 100 percent whey(isolate) from eas. I can get 5 lbs for 30 bucks at sams and the taste is okay. Question is, what other supps could I use to help me out. I don't really feel the need for a pre workout and I haven't started an eca stack yet. If I do I will take it after my workout(early morning). Just curious as to what you guys think I could add. Maybe slin sane for cheat days and breakfast carbs on workout days and also thinking gear for post workout amino supps. Any questions let me know.
