what basic supps?

I do crossfit workouts and keep a low carb diet trying to keep dropping bodyfat. The only supp I take right now is 100 percent whey(isolate) from eas. I can get 5 lbs for 30 bucks at sams and the taste is okay. Question is, what other supps could I use to help me out. I don't really feel the need for a pre workout and I haven't started an eca stack yet. If I do I will take it after my workout(early morning). Just curious as to what you guys think I could add. Maybe slin sane for cheat days and breakfast carbs on workout days and also thinking gear for post workout amino supps. Any questions let me know.
 
slin sane would go good with your cheat days yes, gear for the extra protien and aminos. Do you take a multi vitamin?
 
I ordered the slin sane. Totally forgot about using a discount code, oh well! Looking forward to trying it. How would it work with taking it a couple of hours before my workout with my pre workout(oatmeal and protein shake or eggs or beef jerky-some form of protein? Low carb can really kick my ass at crossfit so I try to get a few in before the workout and spend the rest of my day without eating too many(like less than 15-20) carbs. What exactly will gear do that protein powder will not? Is it worth it, protein powder is portable enough. My job is a cop in a semi busy area, I have plenty of time to mix shakes and keep some protein in my trunk.
 
Take the slin sane preworkout with your carb meal, if you have any other carb meals take another dose with it then also. If you only have that one carb meal that will be fine and work great for your training.
 
I have an off topic question if that is alright. Does anyone know much about letrozole. Any information about it would be very helpful. Thank You.
 
By the way Orbit, your quickness and directness in answering questions and not make a post with 4 questions quoted(or even 2) with 1 answer is going to ensure that I do future business with you. Even if that means I have to drop a few extra bones at your place(not something I've run into yet).
 
Crap one more question, will ECA stack well with what I'm doing now? I was thinking taking the eca after my workout but before my shift starts(and once during shift) to keep my metabolism revved up. Advice?
 
yes ECA will work fine with it and not hamper the effects of slin sane at all. ECA will be a great energy boost for you.
 
And I need it. Low carb combined with crossfit kicks my ass. When I drop the weight and get down to the size I'd like to be I'm going to try chad waterbury's "huge in a hurry" routine. I got his book and it seems to be pretty good. Anyone have any input on Waterbury?
 
I can imagine, i did some crossfit workouts and it was intense to say the least. Just from looking at his programs i think they will be good but i have not done them so i cant say for 100%.
 
Yeah it is definitely intense and great for people with limited flexibility and who don't know O-lifts. However, it will not get incredible strength and power along with muscle mass. In my line of work(cop) I need the strength to put someone through a wall if the opportunity arises.
 
Orbit, is the slin sane going to cause back pumps that hinder my workout if I take it 1-2 hrs pre workout???
Not back pumps but what ever muscles you are working out will definitely be engorged in nitrogen/blood retention, so there are possibilites of pumps, to minimize that, drink PLENTY of water, and Orbit/NTBM are the best customer service companies you will find out there. NO ONE beats them!

Damn totally missed these posts, No you will not get back pumps but as Andrew stated you will get more intense pumps through out your body. Also thank you for your kind words.
