Purely a fashion thing in Paris.

I got my nose pierced shortly after my divorce. Had been contemplating it for a while but figured when the divorce was final, was the perfect time. It's a tiny nosestud on the side-ish. I am one of the only women my age and station of life I know who has one. My kids (and their friends) think it is TOTALLY neat! LOL

Anyways I was stunned at how many women who were practically old enough to be MY mother had one DAMMIT!!

In Europe - older women do the nose-stud thing and the younger girls get their faces pierced to the side and just above the lip. I think it looks VERY SEXY and CLASSY, just as the tiny nose pierce on an older woman.

No pretenses in Europe, just a sign of fashion.

I have my navel pierced; had it since after my second baby. I hate to have to cover it up.

As for anything else, I'll just plea the fifth!
