What are your strong points?

does anyone have this problem of staying dedicated to anything too structured, repetitive, and otherwise constant for too long? i know some people who find such a thing a blessing, but it drives me bonkers, thus a weakness cause its hard almost impossible to have whatever it is long term.

sorry Ariel but its easier to think of all your weakness than it is strengths. i can think of a bunch, a whole list of negatives

i have the ability/desire/drive to work like an idiot. . .literally until i fall down sometimes. . .one of the few positive things my father blessed me with. . .it really is a double-edged sword, though. . .

i have an unlimited capacity to love. . .if you are my "friend", you never have to wonder where you're going to turn when the chips are down. . .also a double-edged sword. . .

i'd like to say i'm a "great husband". . .but, i'm not. . .i'm working on it, though. . .everyday. . .i'm a "good" husband. . .but i have a ways to go to get to great. . .

i'd also like to say i'm a "great dad". . .but, i'm not. . .i'm working on it, though. . .everyday. . .i'm a "good" dad. . .but i have a ways to go to get to great. . .

One thing that you got going on for ya, other than your loyalty, sense of duty, and problem solving skills...
I think you just noticed this as well in this change, is something that most peeps, including myself, find it so hard to do in this time and place...
Change, and accept it. Most of us, even if we are misreable, or too stupid to realize we are misreable, hold on to the past, the past way of thinking, acting, and well... -not- living.

This you are embracing...
I think its also a result of U battlling the tendencies of ME, but alot of work. and correct habits went into that, kinda mirrors the philosophy of your job...
Ratio's...

yeah. . .well. . .that "wisdom" came with age. . .i lingered in my "angry young man" phase for at least as long as most d00ds i'm sure. . .marriage and kids and facing and passing a few life tests along the way (tests that required me to really step back and try and figure out who the hell i was/was going to be), kind of mellowed me i s'pose. . .which in turn began to give me the inner-peace to not fight so hard to keep things the same, when change is inevitable. . .and to begin to accept and work with/live with those things that i can't change. . .i'm still very much a "work in progress", though. . .always will be i s'pose. . .
