I dont know what your split is, but checxk the post I made on my new split, or the one JoeD has up on his new split. Drop the arm movements. do heavy compound stuff.
Just about 5'10", 215-220 pounds depending on how many shits I take for the day, and recently calipered at 15%, but i am thinking more like 17%. No measurements. I don't really care so long as the weight on the bar is increasing.
