What are your stat's Weight, Measurements, etc.

I'm 6'3" 220 pounds 13% BF (bulking right now)
My arms are 16", chest is 45", thighs 25", calves 15.5", neck 17"
This tall frame is a pain in the ass to put muscle on but I'm happy with everything but my calves. Maybe if my knee didn't measure 16" they wouldn't look so bad.

Scotman your huge, maybe I don't want to know other peoples measurements. I guess I'll go cry myself to sleep now thanks alot.

Can I ask where you guys are measuring your parts?

For anyone trying to compare, this can only be done if everyone is measuring in the same spot. For example the fullest part of the calf, or 4 inches below knee....or fullest part of thigh, or midway between hip and knee, etc. I'm gonna guess you guys are measuring low on your thighs. If not, I need to go on a damn diet.

Not too sure about any other measurements...
 
I enjoyed reviewing mine. I don't have the $$ or time to go get a hydro every few weeks, so knowing that I dropped weight, but gained size is nice. It means I don't need to pay someone $60 bucks to find out I gained muscle and lost fat. :)

From person to person, it's of no benefit, IMO.
 
6'2" 19 years old 10% bf or so i am cutting and i can now see my abs so i would say 10ish.

What the hell, this looked fun, so I had myself measured and weighed by a trainer at my gym, it is free with your membership, so why not.......

Height- 5'11 5/8"

Weight- 252.9

Shoulders-57 (The tape only went to 60, so I felt pretty Diesel)
Neck- 19.5
Arms- 20
Forearms- 16
Chest- 51
Waist- 38
Glutes- 45 ( I have real narrow hips, so it is all ass)
Thighs-32
Calves-18 3/4"

for someone like me who is very detail oriented, I like to be able to quantify my progress. since your "weight" isn't the best way to measure your progress , taking your measurements is a great way to see how you're doing.

then again, I'm obsessed with the whole thing anyhow!:p

Don't cry. I feel small in my family since my dad and my brother are way bigger than I am. I think my bros forearms measure over 18" and his chest is like a 57 or something like that. Lots of fun training with him. Oh well just keep working and growing.

not as bad as i thought

im 21, 5'7 about 174 lbs cutting right now at about 5-5.5 percent bf, getting pretty gross.

arms- 16 1/8

chest 48

waist 30

quads 24

calves 15.5

forearms 13.5

never measured around my shoulders, but i just no that it is hard to find clothes that fit b.c my waist is so small in comparison to my shoulders...

oh well im still a little guy....

guesstimating around 12-15% BF :(

best body parts are my legs and my back....

worst?....my scrawny ass forearms .......

goal is to be 10% bf or under in the next 8 weeks....then start bulking....to eventually end up at a nice 215-220 under 10%.....:D

Id say my strong points are my back and sholders, but im not blessed with the big guns, but hey they have to kick in some time soon..

any tips on building arm size is welcomed, I need high volume tho or maby that is the problem?

Depends...I do a lot of acting and my weight is role dependent....I was 230 last Feb and cut to 195 for a show in August.

Typically, between shows:

215-220 @ 12-13%
arms - 18
Quads - 26

Measurements not worth bringing up right now.
Best I was at was about 255 and maybe 18%bf when I was 18, then 235 at maybe 14% when I was 19. For those two I had to live off fast food and any calories I could get or my weight would plummet.
About a month ago I was 215, then I came off creatine lost 5, lowered carbs lost about 5 or 6, the rest of the loss has been chub.
 
Jollyrogers, start another thread and tell us what you do for arms and we`ll see about how to make them grow for ya.

Well anyway I`m 6ft 3 was 220 bulked to 250 got injured went to 230 did CKD down to 200 and 10% bf. Now I`m 210 and bulking again. And the whole time my arms were STILL 29 inches... long. lol that last part was meant to be funny.

My own opinions, I like my calves and Quads, ass is way too big but there's no fat there so not sure how to remedy, waist could lose an inch, I like my chest and shoulders, arms are awfull. I have started cutting (two days ago).

In 3 years since being here I haven't changed a bit! I'm back to 230lbs (6'3") at 8%.
I'm finally going to overcome all my injuries lately and get over that hump!!!

Pretty good for your height, but I swear you look thicker than that. I honestly think you're about as muscular as me, though I've got about 50 lbs. and 3" on you. And several years :)

Oh, and my measurements are:

Shoulders--57"? I have big delts but I'm not sure this is right.

Calves--17.5" (up a half inch after only about six DC calf workouts)

BF just measured at 16%.

Thighs are up an inch since I started Doggcrapping, arms .4", chest .5", and forearms .5". Don't know about the rest, off the top of my head. I'm taking a few days off to regroup a little bit. I'll resume here pretty soon and probably take it easy on most exercises, only pushing those that hadn't shown any signs of slowing down (presses, triceps, quads, calves).
