A great thing about my genetics is size and strength comes pretty easy while getting cut is a little harder, but if I even hit 10% I've got a moderate 6 pack showing with alot of definition every where. I really wouldn't want to get lower than 10%.

Too many people blame their genetics while they should first check their training, diet, commitment and motivation

I'm sure some (very few) people may definitely be one category but for most saying "I'm an ectomorph" is just a lame excuse not to do what it needs to put some mass.

As for me Icould have said I was an ecto 15 years ago (due to some serious training and diet knowledge defficiencies), then an endo-meso and now rather an Ecto-Meso

and last but not least this classification is an easy way for supplements manufacturers to sell more of their crap. :)
 
was a skinny guy who gains muscle & fat quickly, cutting fat is more difficult. But I'm 8% right now so not to bad.
 
Ecto - Mesomorph

More Ecto than Meso. but if i train i grow very well. just lose it fast if i slow down. so its easy to get but easy to lose. hard to keep fat on me, which is a plus. and at 6'2" my muscle kinda doesnt show unless im in a singlet. long frame.
