Ectomorph. If I don't eat eat eat I'm 165-170 lbs at 6'. I've been up to 183 from hard work, and I plan to get back up there when college starts again and I have the time.
 
I was a skinny stick ectomorph. In my late teens and early 20's, I began to eat lots of simple carbs with protein and gained fat with the muscle as I grew to 165 at 6 feet. Laughable. Ignorant.

After many adventures in foreign lands and NA cities, my life settled down. I lived in LA for a while and soaked up info from mecca. Listen, listen, learn, learn, read, read, observe, observe and then DO .... refine .... DO. Repeat because things are continually changing.

Got in decent shape and have stayed there.
 
Ecto-meso. It took some time to put some on. Once I got to my late twenties I started getting stares from people.
 
I am probably a pure Mesomorph. I was always the most muscular guy when I was young, and I didn't even workout.

I have really been fit, always stayed fit and played alot of sports.
 
Pure Meso

I am a pure meso, with a thick skeleton structure and bulk.
I have only started training for about 3 years and weigh in at 115 KG(soon to be 116 KG!) at 6 foot in height.
I do not seem to have much of a problem with fat, I eat about 4500 + cal a day in my current bulking stage and my bodyfat has stayed around 11% without going up.

Even before I started training people have always commented on my triceps and quads, I used to lie and say I train but now I can say I train for real without BS.
 
I am most definately an ectomorph, its a pain in the arse to put muscle on, i am losing body fat steadily, but my weight isn't changing, which suggests that i am building muscle to replace the body fat i lose (5 pounds of body fat in last 3 months, therefore 5 pounds muscle gain).

p.s my BF is 16%, i want to get it to 7-8%
