what are these exercises(WSB)

Anybody know what these WSB exercises are?

glute ham raises
reverse hyperextensions?
One arm press
JM press
Front Plate Raises
Partial Deadlifts
Face pulls

does anybody have a diagram/animation/or description of box squats and low box squats
 
GH raises: machines too, but have your feet anchored on the ground when you're on your knees, fall forward, and pull yourself up using your hams

reverse hyperextensions: has to be done ona reverse hyper machine. lower back excercise, using a swinging pendulum

One arm press: one arm dumbbell press, for reps i believe

JM press: mix between a close grip bench and a tricep extension. search for a video that b fold has

Front Plate Raises: grab a plate and raise them in front of you, for reps

Partial Deadlifts: deadlifts off pins, varying heights

Face pulls: i do these as active recovery work. have a band hooked up to a ceiling/corner and sit down or stand up and do rows to your face/chin
 
You can do reverse hypers in a power rack or a dip station by laying a wide (6"+) across the bars. To add resistence hold DBs with your feet or use bands.
