What are the effects of Caffine in Training

I have seen a few threads and responses to people here that caffine can be helpful in BMI BF cutting or heard a few places it can help your blood flow more excessivly deliver nutrients to your organs to process fuel, and such.

Aside from an energy spike (like I see a bunch of people these days drinking red bull in the gym, which I think it crazy!) before your work out or to stay awake what effects can caffine coffee/or pills have on a weightlifters routine....good or bad?

This is in this thread because I would like to know on or off cycle but particularly on since I am half way into mine.

P.S. I only have a cup of coffee in the mornings just one small one and I try not to, but if there are added bennifits or the opposite I would like to increase or decrease my intake!
 
I heard that you increase the risk of heart attack when consuming caffine before workouts.

For some reason stims like caffeine make me feel weaker in the gym.

Yeah I just don't like it makes me feel like if I lift to much my heart will explode. That is odd though sometimes stimulants make me feel like I lag too sometimes.

but there are no real training bennifits, as far as nutirient transportation/obsorbtion, fat cutting, musscle twitch factor?

Nothing besides the fact that it will prolly destroy my heart long term?


and it wont fuck with my cycle like alchol or certian other drugs will?
 
there are studies showing how you are able to lift slightly more (5%) over an extended period of time.

See yeah I know that in products like NOexplode and certian supps caffine is pretty much a given addative.

It must be in a different form and a different way your body utalizes it or something.

Thats what I think I never liked about Xplode is it made me to jittery.

So that about it huh, cause I can get my extra lift from the gear.

and the caffine wont fuck with my cycle if I have it every morning or so?

P.S. week five of cycle just Maxed bench yesterday at 185 plus bar was 140 plus bar about 5 weeks ago thats a 45 lbs gain in bench! lovin it

the only other time that i take caffeine, beside a morning cup of coffee, is for e/c/a. i never feel any ill effects from taking it. but i wouldnt add it to something like albuterol or clen. that could fuck with ya a little especially if u r not experienced using those.
 
Good points: Focus. Energy. Mood elevation. Slight increase in strength.

Bad Points: Jiters, possible weakness, crash afterwards.

But what may be worst about caffeine is IT SPARES CARBOHYDRATES. So in a sense, caffeine is a terrible choice as a fat loss aid. (ZIP does not contain caffeine for that reason). And just to make things worse, coffee is a phyto-estrogen.

The reason it's added to NO2 products it that it helps transport the arginine.
