What are the effects of Caffine in Training

very intresting Nelson! So when I am off my cycle I will be getting back on semi nonessential aminos and arginine, glute, taur, etc etc so once I'm back on natural supps like a good volumizer I should maybe have some caffine with the pills to help the arginine along?

So your body will take the energy from caffine before it uses carbs or the 4 kcals loacted with in the carb so for a weight gainer/lifter maybe this could be utalized as a plus for energy stores not only from the energy spike but from insulin being able to allow the carbs to hit the pancreas more activly and product more insulin, long term energy, or most importantly stores so that the builder has more to feed off of?


side note: soad must be terrable for fat loss as it has the most terrable carb sugar and caffine! glad I stay away from it

Soda (which I love) is the worst because it's simple sugar that gets immediately stored and even if you expend energy, the body will use the caffeine first.

You only need a little caffeine to spike NO2, which is why I added a little guarana to VIGOR. But that's only a slight part of the equation. NO2 by itself isn't all that effective. First, you need the malate form and secondly you need other ingredients to boost red blood cell count. Then you really get the intense pumps.

I love NO2 as soon as it hit the market I took it with tons of water 4 times a day reccomended when I was in the Corps with a perfect schedule it worked wonders then I did another cycle of it the next year with creating and great results there too!

I try to avoid caffeine cause I'm very sensible to it. But I drink a cup anyways just once in a while before workin out when I'm a tired and makes wonders. If I drink coffee for 2 straight days my heart start skipping beats and I get insomnia. :(
 
Don't use it unless your dieting down, caffine is just a quick energy boost but fucks your system up. Sleep less at night, etc.
