What Are The Best Choices for a Beginner?

Hey everyone. I'm new here and new to the world of gear. I'm 5'8, 155 and I have tried all of the nutritional supplements (Creatine, Andro when it was legal, NitroTech & CellTech, Whey Protein, etc.) and I just can't seem to increase in size, add mass, or bulk up. I was wondering what would be the best choices of gear for a beginner like me to start with.

eat 4lbs of beef and chicken a day with lots of potatoes and big glasses of milk , train untill you feel like your going to rip the muscles right off the bones then get lots of sleep
try that for about 6 months then come back to ask more questions

how old are you and whats your current diet and training program look like bro?

precisely bro we need a little more information about your training, lifting history and diet to give you good recommendations.@155lbs I would dramatically increase your protein and caloric intake, train heavy as hell with clean form.....and get plenty of rest and repeat a few years until you reach a level of muscle maturity naturally.

best of luck to you:)

You need food brother, not gear.

You can gain 30lbs. in the next few years with food. Don't use gear until you're at least 185... and I say 185 because I think that is a realistic weight you can get to naturally... like many, many, many others have.
