What are primary supplements to counteract sides during cycle..help wean out the crap

basically, I hear there is TONS of supplements to take during a cycle to help reduce/counter sides. Here are all the supplements I am consiering but If I do not need any, please let me know.

1.) Saw palmetto
2.) ALA
3.) Cranberry Extract
4.) Liverite
5.) Milk Thistle

how does that look?any others i should take?
 
People suggest zinc at 100-175 mg for counteracting aromatisation. Not sure if there is much agreement on this however. You could always try libido enhancers such as MACA or avena sativa for sexual sides.
 
I believe these are "musts" for the health concious juicer.

For liver protecton:

Milk Thistle
ALA
NAC
TMG
Inositol

For water retention

Dandelion
Uva Ursi

For the prostate:

Pygeum
Lycopene
Beta Sitasterol

If estrogen is a problem:

Calcium D Glucarate
DIM

If DHT is a problem;

Nettles

For cholesterol managment:

Fish Oil
Apple Pectin

Post Cycle libido boosters:

Maca
Epimedium
Avena Sativa
Muara Puama
(Possibly) Carao

For post cycle ED:

Arginine
Zinc
Tribulus
Catuaba
Mucana Putiens

Lots of water. Lots of protein. And a good multi every day.

Do not take iron. Do not take Saw palmetto.
Cranberry juice hasn't been proven to help the kidneys, but it can't hurt.

You do not reccomend Saw Palmetto to protect the prostate from DHT?

Yes, why not Saw Palmetto?
 
Saw Palmetto reduces DHT to a great degree. When DHT is low, libido is low and you're mre susceptible to gyno. Nettles lowers DHT but also lowers SHBG, so it's a better choice.

Due to all he positive literature on Flax seed oil, I used to recommend it, but I've since changed my stance. It's a phytoestrogen which removes androgens from the body and has been linked to prostate cancer -- once again proving that research studies only tell part of the story. It has been shown to reduce gyno that has already been formed though. (Maybe as a topical? Hmmm)
