what are face pulls??

did a search, maybe i missed something. i have seen them listed in polish hammers and some other routines. could someone describe them? thank you.

Done on a lat pull down with rope. Great for rear delts, upper back, traps. You can modify these by pulling high, low, wide, etc...

for some reason, i thought they were similar to bent over rows with dumbells or barbell. did them last night after deads, pulled the dumbells to my ears for few sets. felt pretty good actually.

Hmm I thought face pull would be one of those olympic type explosive movements (I always associate Polish Hammer with hardcore stuff =/)

do these until you are fully stretched behind the ears in a similar plane as your bp only higher...do like 4 sets of 8 with heavy weight...then throw in a 8,8,8 1/2 weight drop set cause you wanna be a geek like me...that approach made pillsbury cry on wednesday

actually they didnt feel to bad with the dumbells. i did two sets of deads, 305 x15 and 12, 35pd dumbells for my earbrushes for a few sets. weight felt light but my traps are hurting today.

yea, amazing how tigercub is 100lb heavier, yet the weight we use is the same
