Hi, this is my first post here.

I'm 24, 5.9 feet tall, 147 pounds, been going to the gym every second day for a year, never been on steroids. My max assisted bench press is about 150 pounds (1 or 2 reps). I'm an athletic/thin build.

My died is generally: rice (a lot), peanut butter (a lot), eggplant, milk, beef, protein shakes and vegetables over 3 means per day.

I have gained about 10 to 15 pounds per 6 months since starting out at the gym.

I'm looking to gain weight/muscle faster, most types of supplements and steroids are available to me.

Am I ready to start a cycle? :jenscat

Thanks.

10 to 15 pounds in 6 months - thats really good progress. You don't need roids. If your gains slow, modify your workout and diet. When you have tried everything else and still can't gain, you might try some AAS. Waiting will be better in the long run.

Are you from china?

Well its all up to you mate, steroids are a great tool to develop a dream form! But it does have it costs, the off time on steroids and effects on the body, such as agression, sweat, sleeps, acne, hairloss <- these are all some sides, no one know if u actually will end up getting one of em

The more mature musclemass you have from working out naturally is going to help you with your steroid gains, not only that but the longer time uve spent in the gym the more knowlagde u have about diet and training.. lets say all around aspect of bodybuilding

As for advice i would always recommend people to have atleast 2-3-4 years of natural tranining, the more the better. And being 21+

I have gained about 10 to 15 pounds per 6 months since starting out at the gym.

If you have that much testosterone already in you to be gaining that kind of muscle you don't wanna go anywhere near exogenous test. If this is true, you have gifted genetics. Don't fuck with them.

You said your eating 3 meals a day. Thats your problem. You need 5-7.

Post your training. I bet it can be dramatically improved.

1 year at the gym going every other day does not make you ready for AAS. Your eating the right foods. Now lets see if you're training hard enough.

He's making good gains with what he's doing. I don't think he's having trouble yet. Depending on your protein intake you could always up that if things slow as well.

15lbs in 6 months. Assuming its lean gains. That's really good.

I would post ur workouts and give some more info on ur diet.

Def gonna need more then 3 meals. And focus a lot on your post workout nutrition.

learn your macros ( proteins, carbs, and fats) and how to create balanced meals throughout the day.

U probably don't need to do too much in terms of cardio.

you can easily put on 25 more pounds naturally. no need for steroids yet.. your genetics sound like they suck major ass.. steroids will not turn someone with bad genetics into a world class bodybuilder so you are gonna have to accept that.

a bench of 150 pounds max is too low and you can improve on that much further as well. i would continue working out and read the 2 links in my signature on diet and a workout routine. that will help you.

i highly doubt you are working out to get big. and i know for a fact you aren't doing enough compound lifts.. squats, deads, cleans etc. seen guys like you at the gym all the time and if you would change up your strategy you would get much further

^^^^ very true.
U must: squat, dead lift, lunges, bench press, pull ups, heavy rows, and clean to over head press. Also don't forget dips.

Basics work the best.......even more so when ur first starting. Must build a base!!!!
